Delivery
Standard delivery time:
3-5 days within Germany.
5-7 days within EU.
7-10days in none EU countries. (Import duties and taxes will be borne by the customer)

Shipping
Shipping cost: Standard delievery is free of charge. Express delivery is charged based on weight.
The orders will be shipped by DHL or a selected freight forwarder based on the weight, quantity and the region of shipment.
Pick-up: If you would like to pick up the order, please contact our customer service.
Cancellation
Cancellation for the customized orders: only accepted within 3 days after payment is completed.
Return
Returns policy: Free returns within 14 days of receipt of the goods, provided that the goods are intact and retain all original packaging and certificates. The payment will be refunded. Please contact our customer service.
